Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own swimming towels). Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with raised decking, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available June-Aug inc.). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool. Note: One step up to access property. Note: Decking is open with 1.5ft drop.

Set within the three acres of the owner's smallholding, The Stable is a charming cottage offering open plan accommodation. Outside, there is a raised decked area and a private grassed garden with superb valley views. Guests also have use of the shared on-site heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer months (June-August inclusive). The Stable is a delightful, ground floor cottage, perfect for your holiday.
Overton is situated on the River Dee and enjoys magnificent views towards Llangollen. The picturesque village centre is a conservation area and features many interesting historical listed buildings, a number of small shops, places to get a bite to eat and an excellent public house. Many of the houses here can be traced back to the 18th Century. Overton is also home to St Mary's Church, which can be traced back as far as the Norman Conquest and is well known for its ancient churchyard yew trees which are one of the 'Seven Wonders of Wales'. There is a picnic area adjacent to the church where visitors can join the Maelor Walk, a 25 mile long footpath, or enjoy some of the 40 miles of public footpaths that run through the surrounding countryside. Nearby attractions include the Nine Meres of Ellesmere and the historic city of Chester.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
