"Everything was amazing. We had such a wonderful time. Group of 9, age ranging from 24 to 32. Couldn't believe juts how comfortable we felt in the place - like we'd lived there all along. It was a rainy weekend so we couldn't explore the local area but there was plenty to do inside. Even cancelled our restaurant booking and opted for a take-away to just chill out together in the living room. Really lovely place and I would highly recommend it. "

"The swimming pool was such a bonus and the stream was very relaxing while sitting in the garden with a good book. The garden furniture is in good condition and comfortable. The facilities in the house were amazing and the beds were comfortable which makes such a difference! "

"The house exceeded our expectations and made for a lovely base for our holiday. There were three generations of the family getting together and there was enough space and entertainment at the house to keep everyone happy. "

"The home owner was very helpful indeed and the support information he provided regarding the property and places of interest made the holiday that more special. Been to North Wales on many occasions, particularly around Snowdonia, but there was so much to see around the house itself and the Llangollen area, we were all quite surprised how beautiful it was. This property was the perfect choice for what we wanted celebrating a Diamond Wedding Anniversary, 30th, 60th and 80th Birthday by four generations of the family. Without doubt we will be back again, you couldn't book a nicer place, there is so much still to see and do. I would have no hesitation recommending this home to anybody. It's everything it said it was."

"The house is big, clean, well equipped and had the added bonus of the swimming pool which we used every day what ever the weather and a full sized snooker table. The large patio area was ideal for a bbq on a nice day/evening and the grounds had enough grass for any kids to play in, although you would need to be careful near the stream because of the drop. Great base but have to travel some distance if you want day trips out. Chester is a lovely town with great heritage and the coastal town of Llandudno is well worth a visit with its well kept pier. Both places have a good variety of shops which cater for all tastes. Our trip to Beddgelert was our best day out and despite being some distance to travel was well worth the trip as the walks in Snowdonia are wonderful & the scenery is absolutely lovely and the day will stay with us for a long time. All in all we had a great holiday which was enhanced by our stay at Llys Offa.."

"Beautiful house. High standard of cleanliness, loads of space and even allow a well behaved pet. Pool for the kids (and big kids!) and games room. We have been very lucky as the sun has been shining everyday. Great holiday home if you just want to kick back and relax, but the house is quite a way out if you want to do lots of day trips and sightseeing in Wales. We will definitely be coming back."
