It is surrounded by the delights of Mid Wales and all that Shropshire has to offer. Attractions include walking on the Offa's Dyke, Powis Castle (National Trust) and the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway. Further afield there is the historic towns of Shrewsbury, Llangollen and Chester.
