Lawn and patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 25 mins walk. WiFi only available from outside the cottage but this can be intermittent.

Waggoners Cottage is a converted cottage situated in the Powys village of Garthmyl, Wales. Garthmyl is a village between Newtown and Welshpool and is home to a pub and the Grade II listed Garthmyl Hall. Newtown, on the banks of the River Severn, offers an art gallery, museums and array of shops and pubs. The area is full of walking, cycling, fishing, clay pigeon shooting and quad biking.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"we stayed here for a little getaway for my Mums 70th birthday and it didnt disappoint. The place was very clean and tidy, and the views amazing. You get to see lots of farm animals and birds, even the working sheep dogs. would most definatly stay again."
