Reviews of Gatehouse

"Firstly, the owner is a very caring lady, who made our stay just perfect! Gatehouse is spotlessly clean with fresh flowers and Welsh cakes on the table. It's a large house . The pictures don't do it justice. Crisp white bedding and extremely comfy beds! As for the hot tub, that was a bonus!. Also a very friendly pub over the road with excellent grub. Only four miles to Hay on Wye. Horse riding and canoeing locally too. Lovely Welsh countryside and mountains. Perfect."

"A quaint cottage with charm and very spacious. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into equipping the property with everything you need for a good holiday. The hot tub was very much appreciated. Multiple living rooms so a larger party can split up and relax in their own space. Much recommended. "

"The property was close to lots of walks for the daytime and we particularly enjoyed curling up in front of the wood burner in the evening after a soak in the hot tub. There is a very welcoming family-friendly pub directly opposite, and plenty of books and boardgames at the property, so it was perfect for a relaxing break."
