Welcome to Sun Rise Cottage. This semi detached cottage is located one mile from the fishing village of Saundersfoot on the Pembrokeshire Coast in South Wales and can sleep four people in one bedroom.

Accommodation

One family bedroom with 1 double and 2 singles. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car. Private decking with furniture plus shared access to large lawned area with BBQ and access to paddock to exercise dog. One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept on lead at all times due to chickens). Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 3 mins walk, restaurant 1 minwalk, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Note Maximum 2 adults + 2 children under age of 12 ( including infants). Note: 1 mile walk to Saundersfoot on road with no pavement. Note: Cottage next to an A road with associated traffic noise.

This cottage sleeps four people in one bedroom with one double and two single beds, with a family bathroom. The living accommodation is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside the cottage is a shared gravelled patio with furniture, along with shared use of a large lawned area with furniture and off road parking for one car. Within easy reach of lovely sandy beaches, Sun Rise Cottage is an ideal base for a coastal break for a small family holiday.

Saundersfoot is a fishing village located on the Pembrokeshire Coast near Tenby, boasting a host of amenities and a pretty harbour. Enjoy the sandy beaches or enjoy walks on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Tenby is home to ancient walls, stunning beaches and boat trips to Caldey Island.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
