East Barn provides contemporary holiday living in a peaceful country setting with glorious rural views just two miles from the market town of Fishguard. Fishguard has several pubs, places to eat and some lovely galleries. Lower Town harbour is picture perfect and the setting for such films as Moby Dick and Under Milk Wood. Down a quiet country lane, yet within easy reach of the A40, the county town of Haverfordwest and Britain's smallest city St Davids, are within a half hour drive. There are numerous beaches and coves close-by and the Pembrokeshire coastal path and the Preseli hills for those who enjoy walking. The barn has recently been converted into modern accommodation with under floor heating powered by an air-source heat pump. The SITTING ROOM has a log burner and is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, occasional furniture, TV and DVD player. There is a SUN ROOM off the sitting room with occasional chairs and coffee table. The fully fitted contemporary shaker style KITCHEN/DINER has views down to the Western Cleddau river valley. It is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob and oven. It has a modern dining table and four chairs. Leading off the hallway is a UTILITY ROOM with sink, Washing machine, WC and wash basin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has lovely views down the valley.BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.The FAMILY BATHROOM has a modern white suite of bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin.Garden and Parking Outside there is a private lawned garden with garden furniture and an arch in the stone wall leads to a larger open shared garden with lawn, picnic table and woodland views.There is ample parking for two cars.Other Information Heating is by an environmentally sound air-source heat pump and electricity.
