Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with slightly elevated patio. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Two steps to access the property entrance. Please note: The neighbouring farm does house dogs, horses, sheep and other livestock. Note: No fireworks are to be used on premises due to neighbouring working farm.
