"Unfortunately I find myself writing a negative review of this property & it was something which would have so easily have been fixed before we arrived. The house is beautiful and is in a fantastic location, but if you want to make use of the hot tub you may want to choose another property as this one is broken. We believe that the owner knew the hot tub was broken before we had arrived, it was strange she didn't know how to get it working herself considering she owns it! We called Skyes multiple times across Fri-Mon to send someone to fix it, several people tried but we had no luck the whole weekend! There were 9 of us (females) celebrating a birthday and of course the main attraction was the hot tub, I hate to say it but it really did put a dampener on the weekend & after the multiple complaints made we seem to have gotten nowhere hence this disappointing review.
