Reviews of Neuadd
"As a family group we rent large houses regularly. We had been impressed by the photographs and description of this property so thought we would book for long weekend. We arrived last Friday and left this morning. As you approach the property it looks nothing like the photographs. I was reminded of Dingles Farm ( emmerdale). There is rubble, broken bits and pieces , weeds and bits of rubbish blowing around. The outside area had broken chairs and a BBQ that could not be used as there was no grill . We could not let the children play out alone as the owners very large dog was wondering through 'our' bit of the garden. We were very Dissapointed when we saw how grubby and dirty the place is. The kitchen was unusable until we had cleaned it. The dishes all needed to go through the dish washer as we found 2 plates in a pile that still had food on! Not a great start when we arrived with hungry children. There were no dishwasher tablets so we had to go to local shop for cleaning products, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. The dining table has a grubby plastic table cloth which we had to clean. The fridges were all in need of a wipe before we could put anything in them. Now for the kitchen floor!!!! Where do I start! Absolutely filthy!!! We tried to mop it but it needed more than a mop! We could not let the children play or crawl on the kitchen floor. The place is in need of a damn good clean. Sofas in the lounge have seen better days. really grubby. Bedrooms in need of a clean. Splashes up walls, stained carpets and filthy Windows. Bathrooms full of cobwebs, spiders and all very grubby. Grouting stained, showers cheap and not very efficient. Bit hit and miss with hot water. None of the towel rails would get hot. Towels cheap and thin. Toilet brushes- filthy. The whole place needs really good clean as its not suitable for families. Windows and floors filthy. Is this a party let or a place for families? VERY VERY Dissapointed for the price we paid We will not be returning"
