Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 6) with electric fire. Utility. Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview and BT Sport, Xbox with games, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Free roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Private enclosed front and rear patio with furniture. Highchair on request. Bike storage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Sleeps 6 adults maximum.

"Just back from a week at this house. The house has everything you need. Clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. A nice welcome with wine and a few other essentials even Welsh cakes and a treat for the dog. The coastal path a minute away made an early morning walk a pleasure and the beach and harbour a 5 minute stroll. You'll have a great stay here and want to return like us."

"Feeling extremely rested after a long weekend at this house. What a rare find. Equisitively tasteful decor and furnished to a high standard. Beautifully clean and welcoming. This is the perfect retreat for long walks and recharging ones batteries. I am always a little worried when pets are allowed however one would never know from the cleanliness of this house. "A lovely immaculate house that is well furnished and in a brilliant location. Three beaches in walking distance. The pubs and shops are near by too. Accommodation perfect for families and young children. The owner is really friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a great stay and will definitely be coming back. "

"The location of 2 Tregof is ideal for exploring north Anglesey. It is on the edge of Cemaes, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and other amenities. Communication with Jim the owner was clear and easy: he made sure the place was heated and cosy prior to our arrival. The property itself had everything needed for a pleasant stay and was clean with very comfortable beds. I would recommend this property to anyone holidaying in this beautiful area of Wales"
