Welcome to Ty Salloyd. This detached cottage, is situated 1.5 miles from the Anglesey village of Malltraeth and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Three bedrooms: 2 x king-size double, 1 x twin (accessed through a king-size bedroom). Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 3) and dining area. External utility in garage. Sitting room with woodburner. Snug with double sofa bed. Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, electric AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in garage, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with basic Sky+, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Secure storage for bikes/motorbikes in garage or a medium sized car. Front lawn with bench, enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and summerhouse. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Twin bedroom is accessed through one of the king-size bedrooms. Note: Bedrooms have sloping ceilings with reduced headroom to sides of rooms, most notable in twin room. Note: Limited mobile phone signal from some providers. Note: Max 6 guests, sofa bed provided for flexibility only (no bedding provided).

The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a snug with double sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for four cars, a front lawn with bench and a rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and summerhouse. Ty Salloyd is an excellent base for exploring Anglesey.

The small village of Malltraeth is situated in the south west corner of Anglesey. Malltraeth offers two pubs, a cafe serving afternoon tea and a chip shop (also selling basic items/newspapers etc), and there are wonderful forest and coastal walks from the village.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
