Ground floor wet room with a shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Annex with open plan studio accomodation with twin beds, kitchen facilities and sitting area with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Eco central heating, underfloor heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, a selection of books and DVDs, Xbox, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Initial supply of fuel for the fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for several cars. Undercover storage for bikes. Large decking area with hot tub and lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 11 mins walk. Note: Due to the size of the hot tub it will not be fully up to temperature until the evening of the second day. Note: The gardens are extensive with a shallow pond and young children will need supervision

Malltraeth is a small village in the South West of Anglesey. The former salt marsh creeks are still visible on aerial photography and evident as shallow depressions in the fields. The village has a local pub called The Joiners Arms. There is a picnic area which opened in 2010 called Clwt Glas. It has beaches close by, including Llanddwyn and Cable Bay.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
