Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot. Highchair available on request. Use of indoor heated swimming pool in owner's nearby caravan park, 1st March - End of November. Pool is a 5 minute drive away of a 20 minute walk Boat launching facilities in caravan park. Secure bike storage. Off road parking for 1 car, boats etc. Open courtyard with picnic bench for own use. One well-behaved dog (no more than 25kg in weight). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles , pub and bistro restaurant 10 mins walk. Rural award-winning beach 10 mins walk. Note: Adults only. Note: Babes in arms only. Note: Within a 5 minute walk there is a restaurant/bistro which is available all year. There is also an arcade, entertainment lounge, Ice cream parlour, fish & chip take away, convenience store which is available from April - October.

This holiday village lies between Barmouth and Harlech, surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park. Talybont has an Italian reastaurant, a pub and a beach. It's a good base for walking, cycling, fishing and watersports. Barmouth boasts a Blue Flag beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Cader Idris is nearby, the second highest mountain in Wales. Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns are all nearby - just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely area.
