This village stands directly on the edge of the southern part of the Snowdonia National Park. Situated on the banks of the River Dulas and overlooking Dovey Forest, this old slate quarrying village is perfect for mountain biking enthusiasts. The village boasts a village pub and is directly opposite the well-known mountain biking Cli-machX run, as well as the famous Coed-y-Brenin Mountain Bike Centre being nearby. Discover The Tarrens, probably the best ridge walk in Wales as well as the mountains of Cader Idris and Aran Fawddwy which are both close by. Enjoy a good day out on the Tal-y-Llyn Railway and at the delightful harbour village of Aberdovey.
