Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, video, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden, plus large rear lawned garden with picnic table and hillside views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub, tea room and shop 3 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owner's dog has previously been in the property, and as such, it may not be completely free of pet traces. Note: No Stag, Hen or similar.
Location
Situated in the pretty village of Llwyngwril within the Snowdonia National Park is Brynteg. After a busy day exploring the area, you can dine and relax in the front lawned garden and the large rear lawned garden. Just three minutes' walk away are Llwyngwril's amenities and the beach is only five minutes' walk away. Brynteg is perfect for families and friends and the bungalow is in a perfect location for visiting many villages and towns and is within easy reach of many delightful walks and excellent beaches.
Situated within the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park and on the edge of the River Gwril is the delightful village of Llwyngwril. The village boasts a lovely pub, shop and cafe. There are many walks nearby and birdwatchers should head to the area's beaches to see many species of birds. For the more adventurous, the area offers superb climbing, surfing and cycling. A trip from Fairbourne, which has a stunning two mile sandy beach to the popular town of Barmouth on the narrow gauge railway is essential. The market town of Dolgellau, seaside village of Aberdovey and the magnificent Harlech Castle are all nearby. Llwyngwril is an ideal base to visit and experience many attractions, villages and towns at anytime of the year.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"Bungalow with car parking driveway, situated on sparsely frequented main road between Fairbourne and Twyn and ideally placed for accessing scenic tourist spots surrounding the Cader Idris massif. Good views of the Irish Sea and the Lleyn Peninsula. Only five minutes walk to local pebble peach where sea otters and porpoises may be seen in the spring and summer of the year. Pleasant neighbours abut the property."

"Very good location for sight seeing and the beaches. Particularly liked the beach at Towynn. Went on the Fairbourne railway and ferry to Barmouth, Harlech Castle, Port Merion, Snowdon, Aberdovey and the Dolgosh Waterfall. The men enjoyed their golf at Aberdovey and Port Merion. We were lucky with the weather as the sun shone every day at some time."

"We liked The bungalow, the location and the advantage of being in a place where we could tour from. The house was very well furnished and we really felt at home. We loved the local railway, just a few minutes walk away. The local shop was adequate but Fairbourne was really handy for shopping and fish and chips. The local pub was really good and catered for our picky 3 year old very well. Not bad prices either. "
