"Games room does not exist as it's more of a corridor with a miniature sized pool table for kids and a football table. Wi-Fi did not work and contact person was unhelpful, the area was terrible for receiving a phone signal. There were no freezer in kitchen. The so-called games room was freezing so we put the log burner on and the smoke filled the downstairs as the flue was blocked. The extractor fan in the on suite with the two single beds did not work and the window was locked so the room could not be aired. There was not enough toilet roll provided and we ran out (I didn't think we had to bring our own)."

"We had a great time here! The kids really loved the games room, the kitchen and dining area were fab too. We had loads of space for everyone and the furnishings looked as though they were new. We were also really pleased that there was enough double beds for all the adults and every couple had their own bathroom and TV. The property was not too far from Bala and bewsty y coed! We really enjoyed staying here and would go back again as it was a reasonable price. "
