Reviews of Bronnydd, Tyddyn Ysgubor

"We have just returned from a lovely week staying in this lovely converted barn. The barn has been renovated to a high standard and the owners have put alot of thought into the finishing touches. Our children who are 11 & 7 were pleased to find a playstation 2 to play on plus games in the cupboard including Scrabble and a box of Lego. The barn is in a quiet, peaceful location with fantastic views of the welsh countryside. There are plenty of places to enjoy a long walk including forests, countryside trails and Snowdonia national park is not too far away. "

"From the moment we arrived to the minute we left this was a superb place to stay. The accomodation is excellent with everything you will need for a family stay. The Landlords are freindly and very helpful. The games room is yet to be finished but did not detract from the overall impression of a well fitted out cottage. The position is quiet and secluded but within easy reach of Bala and the surrounding attractions. Take care driving the lanes as there are some frightfully deep ditches should you stray from the tarmac!! In conclusion, if you are looking for a cottage in this area then you will be struggling to find better."

"We were warmly greeted by our hosts and shown around the modern and well equipped barn conversion, done to a very high standard.Although there were enough bedrooms for our needs, a six yr old and four adults, the logistics of which room touse was a slight problem. The downstairs double was rather small and noisy but this is nit picking as otherwise it was comfortable and the en suite is a bonus. The cooker, modern as it is took a bit of getting used to with its computer-like operation! The location cannot be faulted and the local and further afield amenities are all one could need for an enjoyable stay."
