The cottage itself was lovely, well presented and clean, everything we needed was there, a real home from home. My favourite room was the conservatory, enjoying breakfast whilst watching the birds.....fab. We would highly recommend this cottage, we will certainly try to stay there again when travelling to this area."

"Spent week staying in cottage and visiting family over Christmas. A lovely, clean, quiet cottage in a beautiful and ancient North Walian village. Fantastic walks and views on your doorstep. Great pub grub 50m away. Well appointed cottage with modern tasteful decor. Marks and Spencer food hall 15 minutes drive. It is a traditionally built 18th Century limestone cottage and despite very thick walls, double glazing and modern radiators it was at times a little slow to warm up. So bring slippers and dressing gowns in winter."

"The owner was so helpful and welcoming when we first arrived. The house was clean and well kept. We had everything we needed for our stay. The conservatory at the rear was a real bonus space. The kids loved the cottage and didn't want to go home at the end of the week. There is however a steep staircase that may not be ideal for people with mobility problems or families with very young children; but our 4 year old coped very well. The location was ideal. There is a quiet pub opposite that serves fantastic down to earth food at a great price. You can leave the front door of the cottage and do a wonderful circular route across the fields that gives you an amazing view of Prestatyn and the coast. It is also well placed to explore everything that this part of Wales has to offer. I didn't realise that there was so much to do! We would love to go back."
