Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with gravelled area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome (please keep off furniture and avoid pets from going upstairs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles. 5 star pub/restaurant, White Horse, is 0.5 miles. Bryn Derwen is a wondrous semi-detached cottage, found on the outskirts of the town of Llangynhafal, Wales. The property holds three bedrooms including a king-size, zip/link twins, and a single, as well as a ground-floor wetroom and a bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower, therefore making the property suitable to sleep up to five people. The cottage is also home to a wonderful kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find a large lawned area as well as a gravelled area, both with seating. There is off-road parking at the cottage for two cars. Bryn Derwen is an ideal property for a family break near the coast of Wales.
