Retreat hut with double bed, sleeps two adults only. Gas central heating. Gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with sky, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. WiFi available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lawned garden with fire pit, gravelled area and patio with furniture and BBQ. Retreat/ Arts/Craft room (sleeps 2) Shepherd's hut with single futon, sink and electric hob. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 12 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the patio to the lawned garden and 3 steps up to the shepherd's hut. There is one step up to the retreat hut. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Children are not allowed beyond fence at bottom of garden.

There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room and a sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio and gravelled area with furniture, BBQ and a shepherd's hut. There is also off road parking for five cars and a garage for storage. Tannochbrae is a fantastic choice with walks from the door and lots of local amenities.
