"The cottage was very warm which made Christmas there very cosy! The rural location along with extended views to the front of the property was a bonus. The private entrance and secure parking gave excellent access for moving cases and things into the property. Easy access to the North Wales coast or to the nearby Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meant that, even in Winter, there is always plenty to see and do. The owners were very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. We would recommend this property."

"Delightful cottage set in beautiful surroundings with stunning views. The owner has thought of absolutely everything ( and more ) to make your stay perfect. The attention to detail is outstanding, we found they'd left us milk in the fridge, a jar of delicious home made jam and even flowers on the table, not to mention the tea tray left ready complete with biscuits. The cottage is set away from the main roads so there's no traffic noise but a short drive brings you to all the main routes to the attractions North Wales offers. The cottage is adjacent to the owners home but with its own drive and parking area. We loved coming back after a day out and just sitting in the secluded garden. The owners are really helpful and friendly and we cant wait to go back."

"Liked the friendliness of the owner, they were very helpful and it was in a lovely quiet location. There was garden seating to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine in the evening, and a pub just a mile down the lane. There were lots of places to visit without having to drive too far, lovely walks and beautiful scenery all around Snowdonia national park. It was fantastic, we went on lots of walks in this area. Did not want to go home, going back again when we can."

"This is a modern, well designed and spacious cottage, with a kitchen equipped for self catering to the highest standard. Separately situated next door to the owners house in a large beautifully kept garden, secure parking is by the side of the cottage away from the road and reached by its own driveway. Located close to the A525 by which Denbigh is 2 miles north and Ruthin 4 miles south, both towns providing everything required for self catering. Langollen, Snowdonia (Llanberis), Llandudno, Blaenau Ffestiniog (railway) all reached within an hour and by travelling through fantastic scenery (note the A543). Mal and Mo the owners are welcoming and helpful, providing local knowledge on where to eat out, and places to visit, with maps and compass provided for keen walkers! This cottage would also be warm during the winter months with double glazing and full heating. Altogether a gem and highly recommended."

"A beautiful cottage in beautiful grounds and wonderful owners who made us feel really welcome. Tea, coffee, sugar, packet of biscuits, fruit and freshly cut flowers were waiting for us when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The weather was not very good, but with an electric fire and central heating we were very cosy. The gardens are gorgeous and the country side amazing. We had gone to recharge our batteries and chill out and we certainly managed both. I am sure we will visit this cottage again as we had such a wonderful time. Fabulous!"

The owner welcomed us warmly with advice on the locality and kind touches of tea/coffee, biscuits, milk and a lovely jar of seasonal home made jam. The property adjoined the owners home but had its own entrance and outside space so we did not feel that we were intruding. The property is finished to a very high standard and is well equipped, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We would recommend this property to any couple looking for a peaceful rural location within easy reach of shops and the pub."
