Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned front garden with patio, furniture, swings and seesaw. Enclosed rear patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: There is an indoor/outdoor water park within 15 minutes walk from the property
Location
Beach Cottage is a wonderful family seaside base, set close to the beach at Kinmel Bay, a mile from the bustling seaside resort of Rhyl. There are five bedrooms, three doubles and two family rooms, one with en-suite facilities, and a double futon as well as two family bathrooms. The main living accommodation offers a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a pool table and a conservatory. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, and there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, BBQ swings and a seesaw. With the beach, harbour and amenities of both Rhyl and Kinmel Bay within easy reach, and the rest of the North Wales coastline a pleasant drive away, Beach Cottage is a welcoming year-round coastal retreat.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"We had a fabulous weekend at Beach Cottage. The bungalow is extremely well equipped and it was clean and warm when we arrived so very welcoming. We were able to bring the two dogs and the beach is very close for walks. We didn't use the pubs but did have take aways from the fish and chip shop. the Chinese and the Indian and they were all very good. We will definitely visit again when we all get together."

"Excellent spacious comfortable and well equipped bungalow. The owner was friendly and helpful. Every room is large and the bathrooms are excellent. Conservatory useful for days when the weather is more mixed. Sky TV and the pool table provide plenty of entertainment. Easy reach of Llandudno and the Snowden National Park. A great place to chill out."

"Beach Cottage is a very well-furnished, very comfortable and very spacious cottage. Every room was well maintained and had top quality furniture and appliances; the description and photographs were exactly right. The owner was pleasant and very helpful with check in information. The cottage has a really quiet location yet is very near the beach, two pubs, a supermarket and the road along the coast. We would love to go back to stay again. "

"The bungalow was like a home from home, everything we needed was there. The bungalow from the outside is very deceiving as when you enter, all the rooms are a great size and nobody is under each others feet. The kitchen is amazing also. There was plenty to do around the surrounding area."

"The booking was informative, friendly and quick. This was a break for friends to get together with their children, and we all came back after having a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and perfect for all of us. The bedrooms were fabulous and despite being a large group, we all felt that we had our own space. The gardens were immaculate and very secure for all of our toddlers! Because of the great weather, we even got the chance to use the BBQ. The break was faultless and we would return without hesitation."
