Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom.

Llanfairfechan is a perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, enjoying Victorian Llandudno or taking in the wonderful scenery on the doorstep.

"This was our first holiday taking away our five year old Grand-Daughter and Gwylanedd One was a great choice. The location is perfect; being safe, near to a large grassed area, a pedestrianised area, playgrounds and a skate board park. The apartment itself is very warm and cosy with all our needs met and even on rainy mornings the view from the lounge windows held interest. A great holiday home all together!"

"The property is of a very high standard. The welcome from the owners was very warm and the property is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The location is excellent and very suitable to parents with young families in terms of access to the beach, play grounds, paddling pool etc. We stayed for two weeks and would very happily return as it was a lovely area with great walks."
