Reviews of Ty'r Ystrad

"We enjoyed a fantastic week at Ty'r Ystrad in August of 2016 which we found to be a perfect location for exploring local delights such as Tenby, Carmarthen and Folley Farm. The house provided ideal accomodation for a family of four although enough space for couple more and everything needed for a home away from home and relaxing stay. Kidwelly is a lovely town and with its own castle, friendly local pubs and very nice takeway very happy we chose this house for our stay."

"We have stayed several times at Alstred Street, it is the perfect family haven with literally something for all ages! Myself (36) Mum (66) and 3 boys 16,10,8 have found each holiday a real family holiday with brunches on the sun trap patio, games nights in the front room and plenty of evening strolls to the stunning castle situated in the center of the town literally minutes away! If you can tear yourself away from this friendly town Pembrey Country Park is a must, breath taking beaches and the tabogon - which all the children enjoyed! The accommodation is excellent, a high standard throughout with everything you could need. We will definitely be back!"

"We stayed at this fantastic cottage with our two young children for a week. The cottage is excellent. It's everything you want for a family with young children. Spotlessly clean with all of the home comforts you need for a family holiday. Great to have a grassed back garden to play in. A perfect base to explore the delights of Carmarthenshire and West Glamorgan. There's so much to do to entertain everyone."

Great location with shops, pubs etc within easy walking distance and plenty of attractions a short drive away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in future"

"A fabulous family house with great amenities including toys for the children. Close walking distance to shops and castle. The hosts were very helpful with giving information and providing local advice for acitivities and even with a visit during a rainy half term there was plenty to entertain the family. Highly recommend."
