External building with utility room and storage for bikes etc. Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Sky TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars plus roadside parking. Lockable bike/kayak storage. Garden at front and to the rear with patio furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk.

Outside is a rear enclosed garden, off-road parking for 2 cars and roadside parking at the front. 5 Chandlers Yard is lovely, family-friendly cottage in a delightful part of Wales.
Burry Port is located on the South West Wales coastline and has a selection of shops, a Post Office, several pubs and restaurants along with the beach and harbour. The golf club is renowned for offering all year round sport, no matter what the weather. The Millennium Coastal Park with its 22kms of off-road cycle track offers one of the most scenic routes in Wales. Carmarthen has lots of main chain stores plus small, unique Welsh gift shops, lovely restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, a bowling alley and a cinema. Llanelli also offers a range of shopping, cinema, theatre and a leisure centre, as well as a Nicklaus-designed modern links golf course.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"We had a brilliant relaxing time at this holiday home. Everything we needed was supplied from toilet roll to tin foil. Towels and bedding. By far one of the best we have stayed in. All that and 2 mins from harbour 5 mins from miles of beach. "
