Reviews of The Stables At Daldorch

"The Cottage is down a well kept farm track in the grounds of the owners home, opposite another mirror image cottage. Great for golfers, as it's only 8 miles from Troon. The River Ayr walk passes here, so good for walkers. Fishing in the Ayr is also popular. The cottages is comfortable, immaculately presented & superbly equipped, as is the adjacent Barn cottage which we've used several times. The owners kindly leave a start up pack which is good for breakfast in your first few days. The owners are unintrusive, but very pleasant to deal with when you see them."

"This cottage holiday suited everyone from Nana to young child (just a quick run around to make homely touches child friendly) as well as our family dog. Very clean, well equipped, up-to-date living, great artwork and other homely touches. Loved the enclosed garden with seating area and enjoyed the countryside. Great location for us to visit the coastal town of Ayr, just 8 minutes away from Gemmel's Garden Centre with it's Big Tractor and soft play and we really enjoyed our visits to Dean's Castle Country Park too. A car is essential as the cottage is situated in a rural area a short drive from town with limited reception, however wi-fi kept us easily in touch. Helpful owner's near at hand, however not intrusive and we loved the fresh flowers, homemade bread and breakfast hamper. We all loved it and will return in the future. Very much a luxury cottage holiday for everyone."
