Mousebank is an all ground floor cottage in a countryside setting near Forth. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a super king-size double and a twin. There is also a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is a metal balcony leading down to a lawned garden with a patio. There is also off road parking for two cars and lockable bike storage. Mousebank is a lovely holiday home with many attractions within easy reach, whatever the season.

"This lovely bungalow is spoilt by the rude obnoxious owner. He refused our deposit back, as he said the property was not left to his exacting standards. I wonder if he worries about his customers comfort with the cheapest most uncomfortable single beds. The cheap and most uncomfortable sofas. Everything done on the cheap. Supposed to be dog friendly, but no gates on the garden. And him keeping an eye on you the whole time you are there. We have a holiday cottage which is equipped to the highest of standards and we leave our guests in peace to enjoy their break. A nice holiday home spoilt by obnoxious owners. Be wary as others have previously stated!"
