All single floor with winding steps up to cottage. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freesat and DVD player. Selection of DVDs, books and games. Highchair and travel cot (please provide your own bedding for the travel cot). Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Single garage which can fit one car or act as lockable storage for bikes/kayaks. Sloped garden with graveled area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Several steps up to property, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility, however steps are flat & secure with a support rail all the way. Note: Steep slopes in garden, care to be taken. Note: Railway line is just beyond the garden threshold - please do not attempt to cross the wire fencing as there is uneven ground and wildlife in dense vegetation.
