Borve House is a lovely bungalow nestled just 4 miles from the attractive village of Kilchoan, on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. It boasts three bedrooms; two double and one twin, sleeping six in total. There is also a bathroom, kitchen and a living/dining room with open fire. To the exterior is off-road parking, an enclosed garden and a balcony just off from the sitting area. With access to the wonderful attractions at Kilchoan and across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory, Borve House offers a healthy retreat to the Scottish Highlands.
Kilchoan is the most westerly village in mainland Britain, situated on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. The area close to Kilchoan offers a choice of beaches and an abundance of wildlife. The village has good local services including a shop, pub, restaurant and community centre. From Mingary Pier there is a regular ferry service across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory which gives the opportunity to explore the islands of Mull and Iona. There are wildlife excursions on land and sea and the Ardnamurchan Distillery and Natural History Centre are added attractions. A short drive away is Ardnamurchan Point complete with its own lighthouse and visitor centre.
