"A very beautiful drive from Edinburgh which took about 3 hours, brought us to our very cosy looking log cabin. We were greeted by Chris who was warm and welcoming and gave us a tour of the cabin and was very informative about the local area. The cabin itself is based in one main room, but has everything you need, apart from an oven, but we adapted and had a couple of very nice home cooked meals, but to be honest we also wanted to try some local restuarants as well. There was plenty of hot water and you would never be cold in there as ther are 2 electric fires and a very cosy log burning fire, which We tried on a couple of nights. The only thing that we didnt realise was the close proximity to the road, but it wasnt an issue as it really isnt a busy road, maybe one car every 5 minutes. We would definately reccomend, the isle of Seil, which is very close by, especially on a sunny evening as we did, some amazing photos. All in all, just what we needed to relax from our busy day to day lives down south."
