Bed linen and towels included in rent (changed weekly). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking adjacent to property. Private garden. Stone BBQ. To the outside is ff-road parking adjacent to property, a private lawned area with furniture and BBQ, along with shared use of an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green, walled garden and gardens. Colmac Cottage enjoys a fabulous location with plenty to offer its guests.

This village offers a popular location for sailing the Kyles of Bute, one of the most stunning areas of coastal scenery in Argyll. There are pubs, bars and tea rooms serving locally sourced produce. Rothesay has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. Walk along the esplanade, visit the winter gardens and catch the open top bus for a full tour of the island. You can take the ferry crossing to Wemyss Bay, visit the castle ruins in the centre of town and enjoy the scenery.
