Welcome to Clutha Cottage. This stone-built cottage rests on the Kames Estate, near Port Bannatyne on the Isle of Bute and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.

Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove. First floor snug. Central heating. Log burner (guests may help themselves to logs from their cottage log store). Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, TV, DVD and dishwasher. Free WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent (changed weekly). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking adjacent to property. Small decked area with seating. To the outside is off-road parking for 3 cars, along with a shared, enclosed garden with private decking and patio furniture, as well as shared use of an all-weather tennis court, football nets, putting green, walled garden, gardens. Clutha Cottage enjoys a wonderful location to be enjoyed by families, friends and couples alike.

This village offers a popular location for sailing the Kyles of Bute, one of the most stunning areas of coastal scenery in Argyll. There are pubs, bars and tea rooms serving locally sourced produce. Rothesay has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. Walk along the esplanade, visit the winter gardens and catch the open top bus for a full tour of the island. You can take the ferry crossing to Wemyss Bay, visit the castle ruins in the centre of town and enjoy the scenery.
