Reviews of Old Cooperage

"This is an amazing property, clean and well equipped. I would recommend this holiday home without hesitation and the fact that you can take a pet is a great plus. The beach is fantastic and just a short walk from the Old Cooperage, the harbour is also close by. Slain castle is easily accessible and is about 30 minutes through a lovely wooded area, Kilmarnock Arms the ideal pub for a drink or very tasty food....also dog friendly. Overall a fab location and the best accommodation we have been to so far."

"We booked this wonderful Cruden Bay property very much as a last minute getaway after a sad family breavement and boy oh boy were we very lucky, the Old Cooperage ticks all the boxes in regard to a holiday cottage with stunning views over the lovely sandy beach from the stunning conservatory which in a word is amazing. The remainder of this property oozes class from the lovely kitchen through the classy dining room to the lovely bedrooms, the main sitting room with its focal point fireplace is warm and welcoming. We could not fault this wonderful cottage in anyway at all and a special thanks to the owner who met us when we arrived as he happened to be in the area on that day and showed us round and also took the trouble to leave some lovely wine and a malt whiskey for us to enjoy while coming to terms with our sad loss, thank you kind sir your kindness was very much appreciated by us."

"Very peaceful retreat with fabulous conservatory overlooking the beach. Perfect for us and the dog. Loads of space and nicely furnished. Lots of off street parking. The use of a washing machine and drier is a brilliant extra for wet clothes if the weather is less kind. At quieter times during the week the beach was fantastic although seems quite popular at weekend's. Local shops and pub in walking distance and supermarkets a short drive away. Fantastic."
