The lodge also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility and a first floor mezzanine sitting room. To the outside of the lodge is ample off road parking and a gravelled garden with lawned area and private patios for each bedroom with furniture. Situated in stunning countryside, Chance Inn Lodge is a lovely property to enjoy at any time of the year.
This village is situated to the north of the city of Aberdeen and hugs the shoreline of the North Sea. With its beach and pretty sand dunes the area is very popular with visitors and wildlife spotters. The village itself has good local facilities with a small supermarket and selection of shops. The Balmedie Beach & Country Park is open all the year round and provides a children's play area and picnic areas along with the wide and very clean beach.
