Reviews of Wild Atlantic View Cottage

"Rented this cottage for 8 members of my family including children and a pensioner. The large double ground floor bedroom was perfect for the pensioner. Lots of space in the cottage but NO internet/Wifi so only basic TV channels. I believe there has not been internet here for a while because I found an old modem in the airing cupboard with the sim removed. I also feel that internet is needed here for safety reasons because the location is so remote and there is only one bus each day of the island. Achill is a lovely island and great for walking and swimming. I loved the sheep and cattle roaming free. The cottage is really well stoked with linen and kitchen equipment and there are loads of books and family/childrens board games. I you would enjoy peace and quiet and living without the digital world for a while then this is the perfect cottage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and relaxed."
