Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles. Note: This property is on a working livestock farm, please supervise children and dogs. Note: The twin bedroom is accessed via a narrow stairway and low door so ensure care is taken.

County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

"If you like holidays on a farm, among animals and fields, this is the place to go! It is peaceful and the situation is very good to make tours in different directions to see the beautiful and manifold landscapes of County Kerry. The owners are very friendly and helpful and try to make the place as enjoyable as possible for their guests. If you have children, they will be happy about the piglets and sheep they are allowed to feed, and they have space inside and outside the old farmhouse."

"I would defiantly go back to this cottage. The owner was very welcoming and can be seen daily feeding the livestock near to the cottage."

"Wonderful ancient farm house cottage with great interior surrounded by owners farm and animals. Ideal location for Killarney, The Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsular and only ten minutes from Kerry International Airport, which when I last saw it 30 years ago was a field with a wind socket in it. Whilst the modernisation of the area is great for the locals I still prefer it as it was when Farranfore consisted of the Railway Station and a pub and nothing else."
