All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double leading to 1 x triple bunks (double below, single on top) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Enclosed courtyard and rear patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Parking in one of two FOC public car parks 50 yards away. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Max. 2 adults. Note: Access to triple bunk bedroom through double room only. Note: The property opens onto a road with a 30mph speed limit, children to be supervised. Note: Although all ground floor, there are two steps from the kitchen into the dining area, and one between kitchen and sitting room. Note: No TV signal at this cottage.

Gable Cottage is a welcoming detached cottage in the village of Roundstone just 14 miles from Clifden. The cottage sleeps five people (maximum two adults) in one double bedroom leading to one triple bunk bedroom with en-suite shower. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, utility and sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Outside is on road parking and an enclosed courtyard and patio garden with furniture. Situated in the Connemara region, there is so much to enjoy here, from festivals to historic ruins to stunning scenery. Gable Cottage is a cosy romantic cottage or family base, and is an ideal spot to explore this lovely part of the country.
Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term 'great outdoors'; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports.

"Decided on a birthday treat in the far west of Ireland. 5 hour road trip from Belfast - arrived to a very friendly Irish welcome with a warming fire in the modern Wood burning stove . The cottage had great facilities and full central heating. Location was great for touring around Westport, Clifden etc. The cottage is pet friendly with a secure and secluded rear garden for calls of nature and nearby beautiful beaches make it great for dogs. Have already recommended this stay to dog owning friends. We would highly recommend this accomodation."
