Sitting room (seats 5) with open fire. Oil central heating with open fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher. TV with basic Sky, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for the fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking. Private enclosed front, side and rear gardens with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 3 miles. Note: There is a spiral staircase in the cottage, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a veranda at the front of the property, children should be supervised at all times.
