"The most beautiful house in a fantastic location. There were 8 of us. 4 adults and 4 children. The house is a home from home with everything you could possibly need and more. Exceedingly clean and very comfortable.. Brilliant pubs who serve up gorgeous food and a great little shop which stocks everything! A fantastic break and something for everyone within a short drive. Would definately stay here again.."

"We spent a nice few days here in January. The master bedroom was super comfortable, the reclining chairs and sofas were awesome and the fireplace added to the atmosphere too. Very big plus for us was the properly enclosed backyard where we could let our dog run around without lead. The kitchen is very well equipped there was nothing we could not find for cooking. We loved the jacuzzi bath and used it every day. There was floor heating, during our stay the temperature outside was below 0 at times and one morning everything was covered with snow, but nothing could be noticed inside the house as it was nice and warm. All in all, we had a very good time and recommend anyone this nice and quiet place for relax."

"We stayed here over Christmas 2018 (myself, hubby and 2 boys), although the property can accommodate up to 8. The location was as described, beautiful and in a quiet cul de sac, a short walk along a path into Gowna village. The owner had put up Christmas decorations which were really appreciated by us all :-) The wifi worked very well which was a bit of a surprise given that it's a rural location. There was also plenty of channels and games available to keep the kids entertained when they weren't running around outside. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary equipment and I had no bother pulling together a Christmas lunch. I have absolutely no qualms about highly recommended this house as a place to stay."

"We stayed in Sarto for a week last July. There was four adults and four children. What a beautiful house! We wanted for nothing with all the comforts of home available to us. Loads of space in the house so no tripping over each other like usually happens on holidays. The kids enjoyed being able to play on the green in front of the house before dinner. The adults enjoyed the 5 minutes stroll into the village for a few drinks and with 2 pubs and a hotel bar to choose from we were spoiled for choice. We wanted a quiet holiday but headed out every day to have a picnic at a different lake and even had a bite to eat in a forest one day! Can't wait to go back to this beautiful home from home."

"We stayed in this wonderful home over the St Patrick's day break. Our group of 4 adults and three children, and the dog, were looking for somewhere to get away from the hustle of the city and this place was ideal. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of other beautifully built houses. The road was so quiet our kids could play out the front of the house on their bikes and were in no danger. When the weather was bad we were spoiled with a choice of two spacious sitting rooms both with satellite TV (we brought our SKY card with us, and it worked in both SKY boxes) and when that was not enough we just turned on the Wii and watched something on Netflix (they have WiFi here) or played some games on the Wii. When the weather was pleasant we set up the badminton net at the back of the house and every one had great fun with this. If it got chilly the kids played on the air hockey table in the "outhouse". The house has 4 large bedrooms and all are en-suite. The kids loved the whirlpool bath in the master en-suite. The kitchen was very well equipped and preparing any meal was a pleasure with all of the space. No need to wash up after every meal either as there is loads of delph and cutlery, so we just filled the dish washer and turned it on each night. On the nights where we chose not to cook there is the village of Gowna less than 5 minutes walk away, and there's a footpath so no risk for the kids walking on country roads. In Gowna there is The Pikers Lodge which was always busy and served a nice selection of meals. More casual options are also available in the village. There is Ruby chinese where you can dine in or out, and they do pizza. There's also a chipper with no name. The food isn't bad here either. We also tried out the local hostelries and loved the atmosphere in both Whites and Fitzpatrick's. During the day the three boys would go out each morning for a couple of hours fishing and it was great that in the house there was fishing gear that the kids could use. There's loads of lakes near by with the closest one less than 2 minutes walk from the front door. We took 2 day trips during our stay, one to the Arigna mining experience which we all thoroughly enjoyed and the other to the marble arch caves near Enniskillen which were also amazing. Whilst we were away we were able to leave Billy, our terrier safe in the fenced in back garden, there's even a little kennel there for him beside the out house. This place had every thing you could possibly need for a fabulous relaxed break and you don't even need to have the weather for it to be pleasant. The kids have already asked to return because they want to visit Bay Sports water park."
