Reviews of Horsebrook House Apartment
"I wrote a review and then deleted it as we are so incensed at the agents and the owners responses to a complaint in respect of our stay.find unable to say the words Booked for a week left after 2/3 days reasons bed filthy general condition of whole flat were disgusting toilet would not flush basin outlet stuck front door lock not working safety hazard no curtains in bathroom a lot more beside when complain why did we not tell them The owners live there are they blind. Sykes said that they cannot get any refund apart from a token sum even though we sent them photographs of the bed sheets all stained and dirty. We are elderly pensioners and saved for this weeks holiday. We have learned a lesson do not book through agents who do do not check their properties and also do not have any customer care. I did ask to speak to a manager at Sykes but they did not have any and I could not speak to anybody at a senior level. Signed Totally disgusted."
