Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Small gravel courtyard garden to the side with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The property has steep staircases and is not suitable for those with limited mobility and there is no wheelchair access. Note: There are 2 steps down into the property and 4 steps up into the garden out the back door. Note: Sloping ceiling in double bedroom. Note: Children must be supervised due to the canal.
