Electric oven with induction hob, microwave, under counter fridge, separate mini freezer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair and baby bath. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Private lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: Front courtyard is shared with owners. Note: Check in is 4pm.
