Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, and integrated DVD player, selection of books, games and DVDs, CD player. Nespresso machine (takes original shape capsule pods). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available close by. Small courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: The steep cottage stairs may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: No working parties. Access to one side of the second double bed only.

Located next to a 14th century castle, The Hermitage is a fantastic cottage in a beautiful part of Somerset.
Nunney is one of Somerset's prettiest villages dominated by England's smallest castle. Local amenities include a tea room, shop, newsagent, post office and a pub serving good food and real ales.

The castle just up the street is a wonderful old ruin and the whole village is quintessentially what you would expect from an English village largely unspoilt by time."

"We loved the Hermitageand stayed an extra day. The caretaker was wonderful. She had put provisions in the fridge and was very helpful with directions. The views were very nice. The only place we stayed with a castle down the street which we thought of as our own. Appliances were fine. Garden was delightful.It is a place we would love to return to. "
