In the Mendip Hills AONB, Draycott has two pubs and a shop, this village is a base for exploring Somerset. There's plenty to do including a walk to the top of Cheddar Gorge with its caves, or see the attractions at Wookey Hole. A visit to the cathedral city of Wells is recommended, whilst further afield is the Weston-super-Mare and the Tor and Abbey at Glastonbury. With much to see and do you'll want to return.
