Reviews of Applegarth
"On the plus side the cottage was very central with lots of country walks from the doorstep. Warm and well equipped. Unfortunately there were several 'niggles' the two bedside lamps did not work, the towel rail and ground floor heater did not work and never heated up. The stairs are arduous and the welcome pack was very basic compared to all the other cottages we've stayed in. I had to actually stand in the bath to turn the taps on, no hand rail on the bath. Light bulbs had gone on the fitting on the ground floor and not been replaced and the outside area was dirty, damp and unkempt with piles of rubbish around the bins."

"Flat conveniently situated for shops and restaurants. Town very friendly and locals helpful. Weather was very wet so we were unable to do many local walks, but did do an excellent one through the Wyre Forest. Would like to visit the area again in the summer."
