Welcome to The Oaks. A converted barn located in the Shropshire village of Cockshutt, it can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Four bedrooms: 2 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor king-size double, 1 x family room with 1 double and 1 single stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor easy access shower room with basin and WC, may be suitable for those with mobility issues. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Eco underfloor heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lawn and patio with furniture. A selection of games are also available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Chip shop 5 minute walk, other shops 5 miles, pub 10 minute walk. Note: There is a large, unfenced pond nearby, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small fish pond close by with Roach and guests are welcome to fish free of charge.

The Oaks is a beautifully furnished cottage providing cosy accommodation throughout the year.

Cockshutt is surrounded by Shropshire countryside and has a pub, village hall, primary school and a parish church. 5 miles away is the market town of Ellesmere, which offers Tudor, Georgian and Victorian buildings, a church and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, it's surrounded by meres and lakes. Close by is the Colemere Country Park where you will discover wildlife. 12 miles south is Shrewsbury.
