Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A cot is available at a small charge arranged directly with the owner. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with hot tub and cloakroom with shower, basin and WC. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is one step up to the front door of the cottage and two steps up to the hot tub from the decking.
