Reviews of Craven Forge
"The part I loved best was looking out of the window at the antics of the sheep in the fields, plus the lovely walks from the door along the canal were brilliant."

"This house is right on the Leeds to Liverpool canal and is fantastic for walking along the canal path into Skipton. The owner had left fresh flowers, milk, tea, coffee and a nice bottle of wine which was a lovely thought. The views are fantastic and the accommodation very clean and cosy and parking for 2 cars. The property is on a very busy A road and although the property has got secondary glazed windows it can very loud, in the double bedroom there is a round window that is only double glazed so the owners supply a big pillow put in the hole to help with the noise, we did not find this helped at all so sleeping could be a problem. There are some steps up to the door, the stones were very lose and when you stepped on them they flipped up. The property would not suite people with physical disabilities because of the access to the door and the stairs in the property. We enjoyed our stay at the Craven Forge and would recommend it ."
