Modney Hall is a fantastic property on some fabulous grounds in a remote location.
A civil parish south of Downham Market in East Anglia. Hilgay is in an elevated position above some fenland. A village known for fishing in the River Wissey. It offers a food pub, shop and a farm shop offering a fishery, garden shop and a cafe, a great attraction. Downham Market is nearby offering markets as well as amenities. Thetford is also within driving distance, a town with Thetford Forest Park that offers natural beauty and a Go Ape high ropes course.
